Encinitas Coastal

The landscape design for this modern home seamlessly blends the interior with the exterior. A flat roof cover was designed to create an outdoor dining area that exactly match the architecture.  Bold architectural features from the home were repeated into the landscape include painted feature wall, horizontal wood, and dark colors. Ground face masonry block were utilized for the fountain and features a stainless steel channel spillway which provides views from the main living room and also supports a floating bench.  A custom designed corten steel spire pondless water feature is on center with the kitchen and living room. A poured in place wall doubles as a seat wall and a stair tred at the raised spa deck. At grade wood decking are designed to contrast with the cool tones of the grey pavers.
