Creating a sense of entry and maximizing the views were the main goals in the landscape design of this Old Word Tuscan Style Villa. Playing off the style of the house, the landscape design features a classical approach in form and style, incorporating formal plantings and cut limestone pavers.  As you approach the front door, you pass through a gated archway onto stone pavers surround by formal colorful perennials and bubbling fountains.  In the rear yard, a vanishing edge pool was designed to screen the houses below and only see the ocean from the water level.
