Mountain Bridge
With over 42% of the overall development remaining preserved openspace, this 800 acre masterplanned community boasts a desert living lifestyle with minimal impact to its surroundings. Land use planning played a fundamental role in developing roadway and lot layouts that would minimize the impact of development on the native desert, while maximizing viewsheds and maintaining natural drainage patterns. This community features mostly single family & multifamily units with several community parks, planning & retail spaces, and features a rustic stone clad vehicular bridge. All lots were oriented to preserve views out onto the natural open space, and the use of native plants were used to create a seamless transition between the existing and newly developed.
